A home cleaning services company that had 25 employees. They had concerns about the overall high cost of employees.

5. Offered them OEM’s temp to perm service to eliminate issues in hiring or guess work
6. Introduced a simple effective loss control and safety plan to drive costs of loss down
These items and others allowed them to reduce the cost of having employees, big time! And certainly far in excess of the net cost of using OEM. In short, losses evaporated, new hires were a better fit and turnover went down. OEM even helped them put important concepts and polices into foreign languages to help them communicate the important material to employees.
